Writing about leaving, becoming, and the places that quietly shape us

Italy, Asia, motherhood, return

A life shaped by movement

I was born in Italy and grew up moving between countries, cultures, and languages. From Europe, to the U.S., to Asia, my life has been shaped by constant movement — first as a child, then as a mother raising children across borders.

A life in transit

Between countries and chapters

I write memoir and personal essays about identity, belonging, motherhood, burnout, and the quiet resilience it takes to rebuild yourself after change. My work explores what it means to feel at home everywhere — and nowhere — and how we carry our stories with us as we move through the world.

A life in motion

Living between worlds

I left Italy young, grew up abroad, raised my children across continents, and learned that ''home'' is not a place - it's a way of being.

writing

Turning life into narrative

The memoir grew from lived experience - from constant movement, cultural dislocation, and the quiet strength required to start over.

interviews

In Conversation

Over the years, I’ve shared parts of my journey through interviews and conversations with international platforms. These exchanges explore themes of migration, identity, motherhood, food, and what it means to build a life across cultures.

Where The World Took Me

A personal story of expatriation, motherhood, loss, resilience and belonging.
